Welcome to 'Savvy Spot' Located on the South Coast in beautiful Burrill Lake just 15 minutes south of Ulladulla and 20 minutes from Mollymook Beach. Savvy Spot is approximately a 300m walk to the beach and cafe with the lake just a short drive away. The upstairs unitincludes a fully functional kitchen, air conditioning, a shared swimming pool and it's own indoor spa bath. Permanent tenant downstairs who is mindful of holiday tenants upstairs. Bedroom configuration: Bedroom 1 - Queen with 2nd TV, BIR, an en suite including the spa bath and ceiling fan Bedroom 2 - Queen with pedestal fan and BIR Bedroom 3 - Queen The downstairs laundry has a second shower and toilet with change room that the downstairs tenant does not have access to, for a rinse off after the beach or the pool. Crockery, cutlery, baking ware, blankets, doonas and pillows are provided. Linen and towels are not provided in the property, however you may hire linen from our linen hire service.
