This very comfortable and bright one bedroom apartment is ideally located just around the corner from the Kensington Olympia conference centre. Transport links are also nearby if you are looking to discover Kensington and central London.

The apartment has been recently refurbished to very high standards and is very bright and airy. It is comprised of a spacious living room and eat-in kitchen which also has a very comfortable double sofa bed. The bedroom is at the back of the apartment and is very quiet and private. Please note that the apartment is on the third floor and accessible via stairs only.

The area around Kensington Olympia is very residential and quiet while at the same time Kensington High Street is within 10 minutes walk or a short bus ride away. The neighbourhood offers many cafés, pubs and restaurants as well as the Kensington Olympia Conference Centre and easy transport links into the city centre.

The closest tube station is Kensington Olympia tube station (District line) although this is only currently running at weekends. The second closest tube station is West Kensington tube station (District & Piccadilly line) which is around 6 minutes walk from the apartment. This will take you directly into London city centre and past Victoria, Parliament and Tower Hill.
There are a number of buses on the main road nearby that will take you directly to places such as Notting Hill, Kensington High Street, Covent Garden and the Strand.

Landing at Heathrow: Take the Heathrow Express to Paddington Station station. Then take a taxi or bus number 27 and get off at North End Rd Hammersmith Rd. Alternatively you can take the Piccadilly line straight from Heathrow to West Kensington tube station and it is a 7 minutes walk from there.

Landing at Gatwick: Take the Gatwick Express to Clapham Junction Station. Then take the Overground to Kensington (Olympia) station. It's a 2 minutes walk from there.

Parking: There is on the street meter parking just around the corner from the apartment. Please note that free parking is not available throughout central London. If you decide to bring a car you can find parking spaces to rent on

You will have access to all amenities provided in the apartment as well as having the apartment to yourself during your stay.
All guests are provided with clean sheets, bath towels, hand towels as well as basic bathroom supplies.
The apartment has Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the apartment that guests can use during their stay.

We will meet you upon your arrival to make sure you feel comfortable with the apartment and to hand over the keys.

Regular check-in time is from 3pm to 8pm.
Regular checkout time is up to 11am on the check out day.
If you wish to check-in earlier between 12noon and 3pm please let us know as it might be possible depending on the previous guest’s checking out.

Additional charges:
Please note that there are extra charges if you are looking to check in late or check out very late.

1. Late check in:
Fee of £25 for check-ins between 8pm and 10pm.
Fee of £35 for check-ins between 10pm and 12am.

2. Extra late check out – Fee of £35 check-outs after 3pm on the check out day (If this is possible).

Also please note if you book for 2 persons and you want to use the sofa bed as well there is an extra fee of 20 GBP to provide fresh linens and towels - payable by cash at arrival. Thanks!
