There is a office space with a desk and computer and printer for work while watching the surf it is a massive area and space. The lower level is a huge entertaining deck with out door furniture and barbie. A Dishwasher and smog ovens and huge kitchen and lounge room. There is a another bathroom on this level. There is two couches to sleep on as well and three massive decks to sit at or too lay and watch the surf. We have smart TV S so u can watch Netflix and playstation for the kids. We also have surfboards and skateboards to hire and I am a X pro surfer that gives lessons and goes filming as well. U will never want to leave. ITS like a home not a motel room.
