Custom Built Home with private yard and beautifully landscaped.
The house is situated on a corner lot and a larger size yard for what is typical in Naushop. Minutes to the pool, paddle and tennis courts along with the bike paths and public transportation. This location is ideal, with the airport, grocery stores and more all within a short distance.
The house has been renovated since it was built in 2001 and has all modern amenities, including a lower level apartment with separate kitchenette, queen bed, bathroom and living quarters for in-laws or au-pair, or a teenager needing space. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the second floor of the house, one king, one queen and one full size bed. There is another bedroom/office on the first floor with twin trundles and a full bathroom.
The beautiful backyard has a stone patio, with sitting area, exterior dining table, sitting chairs an outdoor grill. We are in a quiet cul-de-sac location with a private hedged in yard. Custom landscape by owner, and weekly maintenance of the tall and private hedges, and lawn. Trash pick up weekly. Please see photos.
We are a strict Saturday to Saturday rental property and from mid June through Labor Day, we offer 7 night minimum stays only. Thanks for looking!!!
