The space
Welcome to our charming apartment on the second floor, nestled in the heart of the vibrant Boquerón strip. Part of a thoughtfully designed complex with five units tailored for short-term rentals, this inviting space is perfect for your stay.
Inside, you’ll find two comfortable full-sized beds and a private bathroom, offering ample space to relax. We’ve taken care of all the essentials: plush towels, fresh sheets, cozy pillows and blankets, as well as toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper—all provided for your convenience.
Stay connected with high-speed internet and unwind with cable TV, available in every unit. To ensure your comfort, each unit is equipped with air conditioning. We look forward to making your visit a delightful one!

IMPORTANT!
Check-in is normally after 4 pm and Check-out is before 11 am. You may request a different schedule with anticipation, as long as it is available/possible. There is an extra charge of $10 per hour for early check-in or late check-out.
Other things to note
IMPORTANT: These units are located in the heart of Boquerón, there will be noise in the night from the restaurants, clubs, and people outside. Please understand that this is out of our control.
SATURDAY CHECK-INS:
In order to reserve checking-in on Saturdays, Friday night must be available, so we can block that night and conserve the unit clean. We have a 2-day minimum. If you are able to book a Saturday check-in for one night, feel free to proceed. This indicates a last-minute opening when Friday night remained unreserved.
FRIDAY CHECK-INS:
Our self-check-in process allows you to arrive anytime after 4 pm. Ensure you've opened and read all instructions we sent before Friday's sunset. If you have any questions, please reach out early. Thank you!
PETS:
3 Mares is pet friendly. Have in mind only one pet is allowed per reservation, the pet cannot
exceed 50lbs, and shouldn't be left alone inside our apartments. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $35. Please make sure you add the pet as a guest to the reservation.
SERVICE ANIMALS:
We encourage individuals using service animals to reach out to us before their stay. Please have handy your certificate and remember to bring the appropriate pet vest for Service Animals, Emotional Support, or Psychiatric Service Dogs.
