Located within the desirable Ocean Drive avenue of the Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort, this executive 6 bedroom 6 bathroom residence offers unobstructed views of the 13th fairway and out to the western coastline.
The main floor of this residence offers two en-suite twin bedrooms, a study, and 2 sitting areas, both of which walk out onto the covered patio. Just off the main sitting areas are a spacious fully equipped induction kitchen outfitted with an espresso machine, Miele coffee maker, double ovens, wine cooler, 8 seater dining area, and built-in wok, ideal for the cooking enthusiast, and those who love to entertain.
On the upper level, the Master Suite and first guest en-suite bedroom both enjoy views of the sea and golf course. These bedrooms share an interconnecting walk-in closet; which can be locked off, as well as a shared patio and are outfitted with king beds and offer the option of ceiling fans or air conditioning.
The main patio offers a covered outdoor dining area well suited for parties of 8 as well as an additional seating area ideal for a quiet read or afternoon tea. Just off the main patio is the pool deck with an infinity-edge pool and outdoor shower.
Located just off the pool deck is the fully self-contained detached guest cottage which houses the two remaining twin en-suite bedrooms, which can be converted into king beds. This cottage also offers a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, stove, oven, and fridge, as well as a lounge outfitted with a TV.
This is one of our luxury Royal Westmoreland villas and guests can enjoy the use of the property golf cart as well as all of the amenities of the Royal Westmoreland Resort. These include golf (green fees payable locally), tennis, gym, sanctuary, clubhouse, and beach facilities located at Mullins, St. Peter, which is a short drive away.

NOTE: Not yet implemented but Royal Westmoreland may bring in a US$10 daily per guest Resort Fee, payable at the Resort Registration Desk on the collection of your Resort Card. Without the Resort Card, you will be unable to use any of the facilities at Royal Westmoreland including the Beach Club. Please note children under the age of sixteen (16) will not require guest cards. Although not implemented at this Barbados villa it is just worth noting there is that possibility.
This property rental DOES NOT permit the use of Riemann P20 Sunscreen, as it damages towels and fabrics. It can cause irreparable damage to linens that are not visible until laundered. Guests must check that their sunscreen does not contain P20. Guests will be charged up to USD$50 per damaged towel or up to USD$300 per damaged sheet or coverlet.
