Apartment 10 is a big apartment with Spanish luxurious decorations. The apartment was redone about 2 years ago. All the furniture was replaced at that time.
It has a balcony with a great view of the port of San Juan.
It has 2 big bedrooms and a sofa bed where 6 persons fit very well. Also, there are 3 portable air conditioning units. One in each bedroom and one in the living. There is WIFI in the apartment.
The furniture is very beautiful, and this apartment is great.
The location of this apartment is in the prestigious area of Cristo Street 103. In this street is where the best historical monuments of Puerto Rico are.
At walking distance from this apartment are the Spain era Morro and San Cristobal Forteses both made by Spain to defend Puerto Rico from Pirates of the Caribbean and foreign invasions. Also, the apartment is at walking distance from the Cathedral of Old San Juan a jewel and made by Spain during the 1500.
This apartment is also at walking distance from Santa Catalina Palace a very historical Palace made by Spain in the 1600 and has been the home of all the Governors of Puerto Rico since Spain conquered Puerto Rico in the 1500.There are tours to see this beautiful Palace.
TJ bar is on the first floor of the building, good for an end of the day drink.

Summary: This is an inexpensive place in old san juan. For the price its good. If you expect it to be spic and span go spend a ton at a hotel. If you want a safe inexpensive place this is it. It also has hot water. Ive stay in several places with no hot water. So that is awesome. This is an authentic old san juan apartment. Make sure your expectations on it being modern are in line with an OLD san juan. Will stay again. Great location
