Summary: READ FIRST! Awesome price for what you get, all things considered. The listing is a little misleading in terms of amenities. It really only sleeps 5 max, and that’s if you double up on the queen bed. There is no air conditioning in the master bedroom either. The WiFi has extremely poor signal so it’s basically worthless. There is also no washer & dryer. Everything is filthy, it’s like living in a frat house basically. Cockroaches, dead animal smell in the bathroom, dirty floors, etc. THE GOOD!: immediately located downtown. Standing on the balcony is awesome over looking the streets and hearing the noise of the night life while having a beer over the balcony is a great time. The sheets were clean, the hot water works in the shower, and you can almost always find parking right on the street outside. All in all, a good spot if you just want a place to rest at the end of the night, but by no means a comfortable environment. Still recommend though
