Hermosa's layout is perfect for families of 8 or less. Adults can stay in either the king or queen first floor bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The kids can "camp" upstairs in either a bunk or twin bedroom that share a bathroom. There is also an outdoor shower for post beach clean up!
The kitchen is outfitted for entertaining and has its own entrance to the front porch which faces Baxter Rd and the Atlantic Ocean. The yard is expansive and there is plenty of privacy.
The living room is great for entertaining or just hanging out with the family. There is a bluestone patio in back, which is perfect for enjoying the end of the day sunlight and infamous Sconset sunsets as well as a gas grill. There is a laundry room and a garage.
PLEASE NOTE: Renter must be at least 30 years of age. Lease is not transferrable. No gatherings (parties) of more than 12 people allowed.
