This two-story villa offers breathtaking views over the marina and has just been completely renovated in a modern and contemporary style. Upon entering the villa, you'll step into a spacious open-plan living area that combines the kitchen, dining room, and lounge. The interior is bright and airy, with plenty of natural light streaming in from the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that lead to the covered private patio. The living area is furnished with comfortable, contemporary seating and a large flatscreen TV. The villa is fully air-conditioned.
The kitchen is updated with glossy white cabinets, quartz counter-tops and equipped with all the modern amenities you could need, including brand new stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, a gas stove, and plenty of counter space for meal prep. The dining area is situated near the kitchen and is perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends while taking in the stunning water views. Also, located on the main floor are a half bathroom and a stackable washer and dryer.
Wall-length patio doors open onto a private covered terrace which is the perfect place to watch the boats go past in the morning with a cup of coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. The patio has an outdoor dining table for 6, a brand-new BBQ grill and 2 comfortable sun loungers.
Upstairs, you'll find the two bedrooms, both of which are spacious and well-appointed. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a large closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The screened sliding doors lead onto your own private balcony with spectacular views of the Sleeping Indian.
The second bedroom has two single beds, which can also be combined into a king and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and Air conditioning. A baby cot and highchair are available upon request.
