Positive: The location was convinient and view from the balcony was great.

Negative: The mattresses were all incredibly uncomfortable - we requested mattress toppers, only for them to be delivered to the wrong place and couldn’t get in touch with the property management after 4pm on Saturday. The listing stated there was aircon, but didn’t mention it was only in the main room and there were no fans in the bedrooms - so again these had to be requested. The bedrooms were all tiny, and with 5 adults and a baby it felt very cramped. There were also none of the touches, such as shower gel or coffee pods and basic kitchen pantry items… the little things that make a difference and elevate a stay. The main living area was fine, but not enough seating on the balcony for the number of adults staying.

Summary: Not relaxing.
