Positive: The view was great.

Negative: No air con. Needs to update in the kitchen and maybe some wifi and an updated TV. On arrival there were bugs and dirty on the floor. The screen doors didn't slide. The standing fans and water room cooler didn't work. The coffee table frame was rusty.
