Summary: Very nice place and brilliant idea to have accommodations on Saona Island. Highly recommend. Not the Taj Mahal or a 5 star but what is? Clean and comfortable and the AC (mini split) works like a champ as does the ceiling fan and all electrical outlets. And the toilet works. Nice bed and bedding and great host. The area is rustic and bare bones but that is a charm too. Go eat where you see flamingos. Nice variety. Good folks and a throw back area to when life was slower and without screens running our lives. If you want an all inclusive easy peasy lifestyle this ain’t it. If you want to deplug from the matrix a day or two this is the place to do it. You will appreciate the things you that have more and want less the things you think you must have. Isn’t that the best place a vacation should get you to?
