The Space:
Casa Santa Cecilia is a comfortable and light-filled property located in Condado. The best part of it all… you can walk everywhere! This 5 bedroom 3 bath property enjoys a great convenient location in the heart of Condado. Find top-notch restaurants, bars, beaches, supermarkets, and a hospital just blocks away. Casa Santa Cecilia features a full kitchen, a guest house with a kitchen, a separate studio with a kitchenette, and an indoor courtyard with outdoor seating. This is a great space to share with family and friends.
LIVING AREAS
Enter the main house at Casa Santa Cecilia through a front spacious balcony with seating for two guests. Once inside you are greeted by a well appointed living room that has comfortable seating for seven adults and a flat-screen smart TV. Casa Cecilia’s main house features 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, a full size fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with seating for for six.
The property includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Once out in the interior courtyard you will see an outdoor table with seating for 6 and you will get access to both the guest house and the separate studio at Casa Santa Cecilia.
The guest house has one bedroom, one bathroom and features a a full size kitchen and living area. The studio has a small table for 2, a bathroom and a tiny kitchenette.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
There are five bedrooms at Casa Santa Cecilia that comfortably sleeps 10 guests in 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and 2 full beds. The bedrooms are distributed as follows: three bedrooms in the main house, one in the guest house and a separate studio.
All five bedrooms at Casa Santa Cecilia are outfitted with fresh linens and have air conditioning, smart TVs, blackout curtains and a closet.
CASA SANTA CECILIA MAIN HOME: There is sleeping space for up to 6 guests in the main house in one king bed and two queen beds. The three bedrooms in the main house share one full bathroom with tub and shower.
GUEST HOUSE: The guest house sleeps 2 guests in a full bed and has its own private full bathroom. This is not attached to the main home.
STUDIO: The studio sleeps 2 guests in a full bed and features a full bathroom. This is not attached to the main home.
PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY):
We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.
KITCHEN
Casa Santa Cecilia has two fully equipped kitchens - one in the main house and the other one in the guest house. The kitchen at the main house features a 4-burner stovetop, microwave, oven, coffee maker, blender and full size fridge. The kitchen at the guest house is smaller in scale but it is also fully equipped with a fridge, 4-burner stovetop, oven, coffee maker and microwave. There is an additional tiny kitchenette in the studio with a hotel size fridge and 2-burner stovetop.
GETTING AROUND & PARKING
Casa Santa Cecilia is in the heart of it all. We recommend using Uber for transportation.
However, if you have a rental car this property includes parking for up to four (4) cars.
LOCATION
Casa Santa Cecilia is located in Condado, Puerto Rico. This is considered a prime location in San Juan. From Casa Santa Cecilia, you are a 8-minute walk away from the sand and within walking distance to some of the best dining options Puerto Rico has to offer. Forget the rental car because from here, you can walk or Uber to everything! The apartment is approx. 10 minutes from the airport, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and shops all within walking distance.
There are many things to do in the surrounding areas; here are some of our favorites:
Chill at the beach! It is one of our favorite beaches in Puerto Rico and a must-do if you are staying at Casa Santa Cecilia. The apartment has beach chairs, towels, and a cooler for a long day at the beach.
Lunch or dinner at La Placita de Santurce a local market with 20+ restaurants and awesome nightlife. We love Santaella restaurant which offers local cuisine with a modern approach and is in La Placita.
Explore Calle Loiza, which is blocks from the apartment. This up and coming hip street is littered with funky dining and shopping options. Start off with a margarita at Acapulco and head down the strip stopping at Sabrina or Azucena for sophisticated Puerto Rican food.
Explore the El Yunque Rainforest. El Yunque is an easy 40-minute drive from the property and is the only rainforest under US Flagship.
Spend a day in Old San Juan. Casa Santa Cecilia is a 10 min Uber ride from the oldest city in all the US. There is a lot of history to be seen and great food, drinks, and shopping to enjoy!
