The space is a separate private house with two bedrooms, an open kitchen, and a big bathroom. All are fully equipped.
The house is bright, spacious, clean, and equipped with modern and new furniture.
You will be surrounded by stunning beaches with great breaks for surfing and you will be very close to many points of interest such as a golf course, a skate & splash park, supermarkets, cafés, many good restaurants, and a bowling alley. WiFi and a TV with Netflix are provided.

The house is located in the back of the owner's house away from the street with a beautiful garden. You will have your private entrance and parking. (Although the house is located in the back you might hear some cars from the street or airplanes. It depends on the direction of the wind. Usually, the main sound is the beautiful sound of nature.
The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and safe. It is a living area. The house is just a few meters away from Ramey base. Ramey shopping is just a 1 minute walk away. There is a panaderia which offers all the necessary if you do not want to go to the supermarket. At the Ramey shopping there are restaurants, Banks, and a Bar/Club which opens from Thursday to Sunday.
The Marriott with a Denny ́s and a Casino is also just a 5 minutes walk away.
A surf shop with board rental call Surf Zone is also in walking distance. From there you can directly go on walking to surfer ́s beach. Only five minutes drive away to wilderness beach, 15 minutes drive to crash boat and Jobos. Great location for surfing, snorkeling /diving, hiking, biking, etc, etc.
The Borinquen Airport is only a ten minutes drive away.
Unfortunately, Puerto Rico does not really have any public transportation. A rental car is recommended. There are many big rental car companies just minutes away. I recommend the app called TURO. There is also a company called Sultana (787.832.2502) that can be called for transportation. Uber is available in San Juan, Mayaguez and Ponce.
