Our property is situated in Coral Beach Condominium just next to Intercontinental Hotel. Adjacent to the international airport. This place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers.

SPACE:
LIVING ROOM: The living and dining room are beautifully designed and great for having your morning coffee to plan your day. The living room area has a very comfortable SOFA-BED for relaxing viewing of your favorite movie on the flat screen TV. You may choose to open the sliding doors to take advantage of the breeze, use the fan, or the air conditioner. This space is comfortable for lounging, having a drink, and planning your next move during your vacation. The dining room glass table can fit up to 4 people comfortably.
KITCHEN: The bright open kitchen is equipped with all the necessities including a top stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and of course wine glasses, dinner and silver ware. Perfect to cook your basic meals. This unit has a drip coffee maker. A washer and dryer are available in the apartment for light loads. For heavier loads, there are coin-operated laundry facilities in the building.
ACCOMODATIONS- BEDROOM: Your room is equipped with ONE KING SIZE BED, smart TV, nightstand, dresser. Big walk-in closet with cloth hangers. Private bathroom with a shower. We also offer a laptop friendly environment; you can enjoy the desk in the privacy of the bedroom.
BALCONY: It is your own private oasis where you may relax with your morning coffee or drink a glass of wine. The best thing is that you can enjoy the side ocean view and the breeze of late afternoon. A true gem to enjoy during your vacation.
CONDO ACCESS: The building offers great facilities for the enjoyment of the residents. 24-hour security and a lobby area make the building very private and safe. There are two separate pools, one for adults and one for children. For the sports enthusiasts, there is a tennis and basketball court. AMENITIES: All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 1 bath towels per guest (no wash towels) and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited include hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap and a dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. Our office located just in front of CVS in Isla Verde Beach area for your convenience
