The Chalet @ Concha Azul is a wonderful, clean, family beach house with amazing direct ocean views from almost every room. Only one house from the beach, the back yard faces direct beach front. Beach Access from the front. Nicely furnished LR/DR, well stocked Kitchen, 3BR/ with additional sleeping loft, 2 Bath, laundry room. Sea Beach Colony is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Rincon, safe and clean, it is an enclave of San Juan family summer homes, and vacation homes to many from the Stateside. It is located in the heart of town, you can truly walk to everything, grocery stores, beach bars and restaurants.
We do recommend a car for your trip to Rincon, taxis are available from the airport and in town, there is also a town trolly that runs daily. You can walk to everything, grocery store, restaurants, beach bars, and the place for the farmers market and art walk.
