Situated at the heart of peaceful Beaumont Village this three-bedroom cottage, that sleeps up to 5 adults and 1 child (owing to the bedroom configurations), is close to all the estate activities.
A bright and airy lounge with triple aspect windows host two settees and one armchair around a feature wood burning stove. Double glazed folding doors lead to a decked patio area. With the open plan design, the lounge area eases into the dining area where there is a dining room table and six chairs of contrasting colours to the overall theme.
Adjacent to the dining area, we find a fully equipped kitchen offering all you need for your stay with a breakfast bar island with two stools. There is also a WC cloakroom on the ground floor.
The bedrooms comprise a king-size bedroom with TV and dressing table with an ensuite shower room, a double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and a bunk bedroom with fitted wardrobes. We recommend a child only in the top bunk. There is a family bathroom with bath and separate walk in shower.
