Beautiful newly renovated one bedroom two bath two floor condo. This unit has all brand new furniture. This unit is across the street from Bass River Marina. It also has two kayak rental shops and two restaurants right across the street. You can park your car and walk to just about anything you want. We personally love the Ice Cream House and if you want to have drinks on the water Sundancers is a must. If you want to walk a little further you can enjoy live music and authentic Irish cuisine. Don’t forget to take a sunset stroll over the beautiful boardwalk across the way and see the Osprey and their nests. It is very close to the beach and also has an in ground pool on premises. One queen bed and one pull out couch. 6 minutes to South village and West Dennis beach. No smoking or pets allowed. This is a kayakers delight. Maximum 3 occupancy.
