Summary: There was no one at the front desk which is at the second floor, when she appeared there was so many issues and people disappointed with the service. No apologies from the staff. No one answered the phone. We tried in three different occasions to reach the staff and no luck. The room has a very strong smell of pesticide. The parking very confusing.
