Nestled in this sought-after gated enclave is "DoradoScape" a spectacular two story 6800 square feet OCEAN FRONT VILLA which is the largest original villa built by Laurance S. Rockefeller for The Dorado Beach Resort and Club and has been lovingly and meticulously maintained by the current owner. A convenient and private split bedroom plan, the lower level contains a spacious living / dining area adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with washer and dryer, a pantry with floating shelves, a hallway which serves all rooms, a utility closet, and a bathroom with shower.
The living / dining area opens onto a terrace garden and a covered terrace overlooking the ocean and the Dorado Beach East Course (which was the first PGA seaside golf course).
On each side of the living / dining area is a spacious, private suite. Each with private full bath, plus vanity counter with sink in the dressing area.

The other suite a kitchenette, with full refrigerator and microwave connecting to a Terrace bedroom furnished for comfort including an overstuffed leather futon and overlooks the lush landscape of the northern coast of Puerto Rico.
On the upper floor are two additional luxurious suites each with a private full bath plus vanity counter with sink in dressing areas. One with a roof top terrace and the other opens on to the golf course overlooking the ocean and the majestic natural setting of this Caribbean Island.
Villa Dorado has 24/7 hour private security as well as 24/7 Resort community guardian.

Dorado Beach members that own residences within the Resort enjoy Legacy benefits that allows them to extend their guests temporary membership privileges known as Short-Term Rental Membership to enjoy the Club when staying with them or while renting their Dorado Beach residence. Rates for the weekly Short-Term membership will be:
§ $390.25 per person per week.
We ask for a non refundable deposit of $2,500 per person per week to cover incidentals. Unused deposit will be returned to guest.
The maximum additional guests allowed are eight (8) designees within the same Short-Term Rental membership.
Vacation Rental guests must submit their temporary membership application and contract completed and signed by the sponsor Legacy member at least five (5) days prior to their arrival. All applications must be signed by the guest and by the member/owner of the Dorado Beach residence. Incomplete applications will not be accepted and may delay the access cards expedition process.
Temporary Membership Information

Regular membership discounts do not apply.
Ritz Carlton Reserve facilities are exclusive for Hotel guests only (Ritz Carlton Reserve Fitness Center and Ritz Carlton Pool).
Lessee must occupy the Dorado Beach Legacy Member's residence to enjoy membership privileges.
The Lessor (Legacy Member) will be responsible to the Club for all fees and charges incurred by the Lessee (Guests) which will be deducted from Lessee Deposit. Guests are responsible for their behavior while on property and must comply with Resort Rules and Regulations.
