Living room has a circular stairway providing access to a roof deck with both open areas with views, and a more private trellis area w/ roof top sink/grill.
Guest access
There are two (first come/first serve) parking areas (side carport & rear parking) with garden and breezeway (commercial grade washer/dryer) paths to the second-floor covered access stairway.
Other things to note
Roof access is only for adults who understand to limit their access to the roof decking areas of the roof only and not beyond parapet walls
