This eye catching, sleek remodeled villa has an open floor plan, two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, with A/C units and ceiling fans in each room. Three TV sets in unit . The fully equipped beautiful kitchen contains stainless steel appliances and modern perks; i.e. stove w/ exhaust fan, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, coffee pot, utensils, water cooler. The kitchen counter bar opens to the living room filled with high end art and a flat screen TV with a Bluetooth sound bar for dual TV and music entertainment. A half bath is on the main level.
The main level floor has sliders which leads to a patio overlooking the harbor with lounge chairs for sunbathing, and a BBQ grill for sunset cookouts!
The second level has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed, and a private full bath with stylish faucets, toilet, and stone-tile shower flooring. The second bedroom has two twin beds, two dressers, nightstands, private designed full bathroom with a modern square toilet, copper sink, faucet coming out of the wall, and stone-tile shower flooring. This spacious bedroom has as slider which leads to a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the water view, convenient for your evening lounging. Three TVs in unit.
Guest access
The villa is accessorized with his and her bikes available for use by guests. Guest are responsible for the cost for any flat tires. Washer and dryer, ironing and ironing board, hair dryers, cable TV, Wi-Fi internet, and fresh linens/towels. Internet is inconsistent on Island. There is also an excursion stand for taking day sails, catamarans, land/water island tours, horseback rides, scuba diving, jet skis, and much more upon request.
