This unit is a private retreat in the middle of a 483 acre pristine coconut palm forest situated 200 feet from the ocean and in the lap of the enchanting El Yunque Rainforest.
The condo has three spacious bedrooms, all equipped with a large en suite bathroom, a safe in each room, floor to ceiling windows and blackout blinds. This is a modern, stylish, yet superbly comfortable, high end home. The condo is expertly cleaned for each guest and is impeccably maintained.
This 5 star resort has incredible amenities including beachfront access to 2 miles of sparsely populated Sand Dollar beach, beach tennis out the back door, multiple pools (with poolside drink and food service), tennis, golf, spa, fitness center with smoothie bar, pickleball court, jungle hiking trails and several restaurants on site. (Paros, Seagrapes and the Beach Club). There are 4.5 miles of hiking and biking trails on site to for you to enjoy.
The unit sleeps 6-8 people and has ample indoor and outdoor areas to dine, cook or relax. Outdoor dining has an 8 person dining table, large grill, refrigerator and sink to make cooking outside easy. There is also a seating area on the front patio overlooking the ocean that is perfect for morning coffee, to watch the sunrise or just relax in the ocean breeze.
As a new listing, we will include a 6 person golf cart for your use during your stay.
All guests staying at the condo must be registered guests as there is a Resort Fee.
Mandatory resort fees are $99 plus tax (11.5%) per day, per group of guests assigned to the Condo. These fees are included in the nightly rate. Only guests assigned to the reservation will be granted resort passes and as a result have access to the resort grounds. Resort passes grant you full access to the Resort Beach Club pool, wellness center, Boat House, driving range and a host of other amenities. The Resort pass is required to enter the premises of the resort and must be obtained regardless of guest intentions to use the resort amenities.

The St Regis Hotel has the right to limit admissions as their main priority is to serve their guests. With that in mind, the Hotel will begin to enforce their occupancy guideline- if the hotel is 70% or higher in occupancy, reservations and the use of the hotel facilities will only be available for hotel guests. This includes but is not limited to: spa reservations, restaurant reservations. and the Hotel Pool. We can verify Occupancy levels by contacting the Concierge at the Hotel. As a guest of an Owner, you will have access to the Owner's Pool and it is gorgeous. Room service is not provided to the Condo by the Hotel, sonce you are staying at a private residence. You can order food from the hotel restaurants and go pick it up, if you prefer to eat in.
