Just a short walk to the Port Vincent beachfront and town facilities, Hamptons is a compact & spacious single-level holiday unit.
Hamptons has 2 bedrooms – queen, double - ideal for 2 couples or 2 singles sleeping up to 4 people. Quilts and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats & tea-towels) with them for their stay, or linen can be hired through the Country Getaways office at $25 per person
The bathroom at the holiday house has a walk-in shower, vanity & toilet.
In the living area is a split system reverse cycle air-conditioner and both bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Hamptons has an open plan living area with a lounge room, dining area & kitchen. The lounge room has sofa seating, and a large television with USB & HDMI port.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for a coastal holiday, with an electric stove, microwave, medium sized fridge/freezer & coffee machine. There are a range of small kitchen appliances including kettle, toaster & sandwich press.
Within the unit complex is shared laundry room, with a choice of front or top load washing machines, iron & ironing board. At the rear of the unit is a wall-mounted clothesline.
Outside, guests can relax in the shaded outdoor entertaining area with dining seating & gas barbecue.
For those coming to fish off the Port Vincent wharf, there is a shared fish cleaning area at the rear of the unit complex.
There is off-street parking for 2 cars at the front of the Hamptons holiday unit.
Located less than 150 metres to the Port Vincent beachfront, Hamptons is a great central accommodation choice for couples travelling together or corporate visitors to Yorke Peninsula.
