World famous Banksy: 10 mins walk to Stokes Croft, home of multi cultural restaurants, pubs, galleries & graffiti 15 mins walk to Gloucester Rd, with lovely independent shops clothes, food, interiors & huge no of restaurants. The Space: The flat is a top floor apartment and very spacious. Guest Access: The guest can access the whole property. The Neighborhood: St Pauls is a fun neighbourhood to live in. Circomedia, the circus and acrobatic school round the corner, if you fancy giving it a shot, and the beautiful Portland Square, a wonderful Georgian square, which is a minute away from the major shopping centre, Cabot Circus. Round the corner there is a cash machine, and a number of shops for all your essentials such as milk, bread, and small supermarket food. Opposite the flat is the St Paul's centre with a fantastic Afro Caribbean cafe - well worth checking out! Tons of restaurants, pubs and cafes within 15 minutes makes this neighborhood vibrant, fun and a great place to be, as well as the super central location. For parking there is on street parking and plenty of it straight outside the flat. It is metered on Monday to Friday between 9 -5. It is free on weekends & weeknights. Getting Around: Driving; Super easy access within a couple of minutes to the Motorway M32. Bus This flat is 6 minutes by car (taxi) from Bristol Bus and Coach Station. It is only 17 minutes if you prefer to save money and walk from the Bristol Bus and Coach Station. Trains The flat is very close to the main train station, Temple Meads Train Station. It is between 7 - 9 minutes by car (taxi) and if you prefer to walk and save money and enjoy the view, it is a 26 minute walk. Airport We are about 10 miles fro Bristol International Airport. You can either take a taxi directly to the apartment, or you can take a bus. The busses run very regularly from the airport and you will get off at Bristol Bus and Coach Station, which is then either 6 minutes taxi ride to the apartment, or 17 minutes walk There is a great bus system in Bristol and because this flat is so central, you are close to bus routes that go in most directions. Other Things to Note: Parking at the property is metered on Monday to Friday between 9 -5. It is free on weekends & weeknights.
