La Casita is a two-story house where you will have the tranquillity and commodities that you're looking for in the heart of Rincon, at the same time a good nightlife and gastronomy just a few steps away or go for a walk to our beautiful beaches in less than half-mile away.
-La Casita has two separate villas just for you which are not connected inside. --The villa on the top floor has a kitchennette (no stove, just a hot plate), small sitting area, bathroom, and one bedroom with a TV.
-The downstairs villa has a sitting area, another bedroom with a TV, and a bathroom.
-The pool is also downstairs which gives more privacy and it will be private just for you to cool off after a good day of surf or just to sit back and relax.
