Negative: 1. Lack of cleaning on rooftop; cigarette butts next to gallery overlooking view of the bay. 2. Found a female intimate liner outside kitchen door while sweeping. Immediately texted owner/landlord who apologised and removed such. 3. Discrepancy in fee; Booking.com rate and rate in person differed.
