Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The youngest looking lady among reception staff was lovely. Proximity to airport was a real plus

Negative: Poor sleep from the sound of planes and geckos on roof and the attitude of the morning receptionist in accepting feedback, when I told her the organisation of activities (yoga, breakfast and shuttle to Pigeon point) on offer needed improvement. Yoga ended at 10h30 when the shuttle she knew i was interested in also set off at 10h30 to the beach. She argued that yoga finishes at 10am, when the yoga information leaflet at reception communicated a different time of 10h15, which she wasn't even aware off. She insisted i should have left the class early as if I was going to leave my mat to my check time on my phone. There is a whatsapp number for customer service as there are no phones in the rooms, but she never responded to me nor reached out to me. I hope me giving her feedback wasn't the reason why she gave me breakfast liquids to go in coffee cups put in a brown bag, where it leaked.The next day, when she was in a better mood, she made sure it didn't leak.
