Summary: the lobby was dirty upon my arrival. there were leaves on the floor, and i’m not sure if the main entrance doors couldn’t close, but the lobby was super cold. the room we stayed in had a stained comforter (probably blood stains.) i brought it up to the manager and was just given another comforter, instead of having the blanket replaced. in addition, the bathtub had rust stains from the handicap rail in the shower, and other stains i’m not exactly sure what they are. we were told breakfast began at 7am (on sunday), but we had to wait until 7:20 because it wasn’t finished being prepared. the staff member in charge of breakfast was rude to me and my sister as well. we (obviously) weren’t aware breakfast hadn’t began yet, and started utilizing the waffle machine, only to have the staff member tell us rudely, “i’m not done making breakfast yet, jesus christ.” i usually stay at la quinta, but this particular one was not it. definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.
