Affectionately referred to as "Laman Brisas," This stunning 2 bed 3 bath luxury townhome is located in the gated community of Gold Coast Aruba located near "Paradise Perfection” in the prestigious Malmok area in the Northern part of Aruba. It offers the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. You will feel at home from the minute you walk in until the last second of your stay!
Upon entering the house you are in an open floor plan living room with all upscale furniture and decor, including a queen-size sofa bed, Flat Screen TV, and dual tropical ceiling fans, which leads to full wall glass doors to the amazing back lounging garden. The kitchen is off of the living room and features wood kitchen cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless appliances, a dishwasher, and more convenience appliances, with an eat-in kitchen area. There is also a full bath on the 1st floor, along with a washer and dryer. On the second floor, you will find 2 large bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has a lovely veranda balcony looking onto the back garden. Upon entering the back garden you will find lounge seating, a BBQ grill, and your own private hot tub!
The entire home and yard are provided with protected WIFI and Cable TV, as well as a 24 hour, monitored security system. The entire home has hot and cold water. There are also 3 community pools, a gym, tennis courts, and a common area available for your use. Gold Coast also has its own private upscale restaurant and bar, where you can enjoy dinner and a cocktail while you enjoy the sunset over the salinas!
All linens, towels, pool supplies, beach/pool towels, beginning toiletries, and paper supplies are provided. A Crib, high chair, car seat, and rollaway beds are available at an additional cost of $25 per reservation.

The Villas are beautifully landscaped and guests are free to use any of the 3 community pools, the well-equipped gyms, or the new, onsite restaurant.
Only minutes by car to the famous high rise and tourist areas of Aruba, you close to everything on the island! Your guest concierge would be happy to help arrange a rental vehicle for your trip, or if needed we can arrange transfers, taxies, or private drivers for your stay.
Only for bookings made directly on our website, a refundable damage deposit of $250 USD will be pre-authorized to your credit card 2 days prior to CHECK-OUT. This is an authorization, not a charge, and will automatically be returned to you within 7 days as long as no damage to the property or missing items are discovered at your check-out.
