Positive: The location was an easy walk to the beach. The staff (not manager) were very friendly and accomodating. My bed was pretty comfy.

Negative: The room I got was not what I booked, and they did not have the room advertised. It was a hassle to pay as they refused to take my credit card and made me use PayPal. I booked a suite with sofa bed and balcony, as shown on pictures. I (F) was traveling with a friend (M) who is not my partner. I booked this room and this hotel specifically for the extra bed and balcony. When we got to the room, there was only 1 double bed. No balcony and no sofa. When I showed the reservation to the young man at front desk, he said this room doesn’t even exist and it should not be listed. I followed him downstairs. I explained again that I cannot share a bed and I need another room. The guy and the woman who took my payment earlier insisted there were no rooms with more than o e bed, even though booking showed another 2bed- room available. The best they could do was offer me a tiny room at half price. Honestly, the room was dirty and no proper air circulation. My flight hone was cancelled, which is why we booked this room quickly. I had just fallen and severely injured myself, and I was too frustrated to cancel and go somewhere else. Big disappointment.
