CASA NANDIN features *two independent apartments* connected by an exterior staircase. Both units are identical and fully equipped, each boasting a modern kitchen, spacious island, living area, laundry room, and a balcony with a seating area and sun shades.

Upon entering through the gate, you'll discover our charming outdoor terrace, complete with a table, chairs, and a large umbrella—perfect for your group to relax and enjoy. A few steps lead up to the balcony, where you’ll find the entrance to the lower-level unit.
Lower-Level Unit
Inside the ground-floor unit, you'll find an open layout that includes a family/living room with a large sofa and a 58-inch Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen features an island that seats up to 8 guests, while the 11-foot ceilings enhance the spacious, colonial charm of the space.

CASA NANDIN is conveniently located within walking distance of the vibrant La Placita de Santurce, along with a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. A Walgreens and Walmart Supercenter are just a few blocks away!
For ease of travel, we recommend using Uber or renting a car while exploring Puerto Rico, as the area is bustling with shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, and attractions. While street parking may be available, it is not guaranteed. For your convenience, a private paid parking lot is located just a block and a half away, approximately a 4-minute walk, at a reasonable nightly rate.
Kindly note that there is another completely separate apartment unit behind the property that is also rented out. That unit has a totally separate entrance. Please do not be alarmed if you see other guests going in or out of the other property through the right-side garage entrance (separate from your entrance gate). Please note that your front and back entrances and terraces are private and exclusively yours during your stay.
