Our 3rd floor walkup apartment is located in front of the marina in Fajardo. 45 min. drive from SJU airport. Location is perfect for day and night trips to nearby islands and other laid-back getaways. Walk to local bakery, stores, local bar, catamarans, charters & water excursions. 7 min drive to Seven Seas (Kid Friendly), 5 min drive to Las Croabas, Laguna Grande Bioluminescent Bay (1 of only 5 in the world). Amazing food with tropical & fun atmosphere rest.
Spacious walkup apartment (no elevator) perfect to gather with family and friends. Decorated beautifully throughout the whole apartment with a beach and tropical theme. The blue and sand tones of the apartment create a relaxing ambiance.
10 guests can be accommodated in this 3 bedroom (4 full size beds and 1 queen size bed), two-bathroom apartment. The sofa is pretty large and comfy too, can be used as another bed.
The common living area feels very spacious since it is an open space layout. Great for entertainment. Even if you are busy cooking, you will not miss any action from the kitchen. The dining table sits 6 people, and the kitchen bar has 4 high chairs. Aside from eating together at the dining table, it’s also great for poker night and other board games provided to our guests.
All the rooms have A/C (including the family area), Smart TV with streaming, Wi-Fi, and the side bed tables have charging stations. The TV of the family area has streaming and cable TV. All the beds are orthopedic with pillow tops.
Our favorite area is the balcony. You can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee and watch the sun rise and, later in the afternoon, unwind with a glass of wine with the view of the marina. We also have fun watching the boats and catamarans depart to the nearby islands.
Exclusive parking inside the apartment complex and plenty of other parking spaces for visitors inside the complex.
