If you are looking to experience living like a local this is the spot, 12 minutes from airport 15 to beach 18 minutes away from cruise ships and old San Juan and 19 minutes from the choliseo for concerts, supermarket walking distance, bakery, restaurants, wendy's and a mall, public transportation is very easy, very affordable and 24/7. We do provide secure light we have solar panels know we are very strict on turning off all ac units and lights while not in property. We have wter tank 4 emrgcy

This couples getaway retreat has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, full kitchen with a beautiful sunset view every morning and evening, near airport, beach, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers, historic places, rainforest, night life & casinos. Besides this property being close to everything, you will love to stay and discover all the beauty our island has to offer from our amazing gastronomic food & beverages with a twist of Puerto Rico to great Salsa dancing or singing to Bad Bunnys songs in every chinchorro you go (bar hoping) it will make you fall in love as me and my family are. We can't wait to have you stay with us and be able to host you on your trip to our island

There is one designated parking in front of the property for this rental no more than that only 1 parking per apt. We do not have any more space for more than 1 vehicle. Please, no parking at neighbors!!
