There's seaton hotel 2 mins away from the house , The lakes hotel in westlakes is 5 mins away. Westlakes shopping centre is 5 mins away .
Bus stop is right at the front.Train station is not very far from the house either. If you catch bus from the airport to the house, catch J2G or J1, get off in the city, change to 118 or 115, get off at bus stop 27, the house is right there.
The ground floor includes main bedroom with ensuite, living room , kitchen and dining room, laundry, 3rd toilet and access to the garage and front and side yards. There’re stairs to go up to second living area, which includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom on the second floor.
