Situated on the south finger in Jolly Harbour, this beautiful refurbished two bed high-spec villa offers stunning waterfront views over the entrance of harbour and the Sleeping Indian mountain.
One of the best sandy beaches on the island is under 5 minutes walk at the end of the road and a number of bars, restaurants and a supermarket are located on site in under a 10 minute walk.
Downstairs the open plan lounge, kitchen, diner has a breakfast bar and dining area for four. The kitchen has all the facilities you would expect including coffee machine, dishwasher, large american fridge freezer and washing machine.
In the lounge area you will find a TV for guests to log in to subscription services such as Netflix.
Step outside on to the deck and this is where you will spend most of your time. With dining table and outside seating as well as two sun loungers, this is the perfect spot to watch the boats come and go with a morning coffee or sundowner. There is also a large BBQ grill for guest use.
