Located 50 feet above the oceans with a fantastic view to the West and wonderful sunsets, probably one of the nicest views on the West coast and on occasions in the winter you can see whales from the balcony. It is close enough to be able to throw a mongo into the oceans from the yard but with a good arm. The apartment has everything you would need for your stay A/C, BBQ, cable TV ,Internet and hot water, only need to bring your food and you have use of a washer and dryer. It is a two minute walk down the hill to a really nice beach which is much calmer than the North part of Rincon. The swimming is excellent and the sand never washes away. There is a fishing village there where you can buy fish a lobsters directly from the fishermen. A bit further down the beach is a little beach store right on the beach and you can buy beers for 1.25 and fried pies (Empanadilla) for 1.00.The neighborhood is very Puerto Rican and most everyone is family and we are not in the tourist area.
