This property located in controlled access neighborhood is in one of the most affluent cities in PR only 15 minutes from the north coast beaches and is a personal pride in my life.
Being the only memory that I have left from my father and family I made sure that the reconstruction, remodeling, furnishing and decoration is one that will please anyone that decides to enjoy this home away from home that has been in my family for 39 years.
This is not a young people's party home. The furnishings, decoration and equipment were chosen to be of the outmost comfort and everything in the house including the grass front and back are totally new. It is an open space-re-design where living room, dining room, family room, study and kitchen are all in one big area with three bedrooms containing two queen beds in two of the rooms and one room with two double beds. There is a brand new very large sofa-bed in the living room and we have three TV's, two of them large digital screens in living room and master room and 160mb Wi-Fi all throughout. The patio is large and beautiful with mango tree and possibly a new BBQ that I may acquire. Please inquire only if you're willing to guarantee that you will observe good care of the house.
