Questa Sol Villas are equipped for utilities service interruptions including a 1,000 gallons cistern pump system to provide ample water and pressure, new solar water heating system with large capacity and a automatic backup diesel generator, ensuring your stay is always comfortable.
Our premises include multiple security features with 24 hour surveillance of exterior areas an access control to enhance your privacy and safety during your stay.
Parking is included in front of the property. Additional free parking is available nearby the property.
Your host provides essential starter items for your stay, including body wash, shampoo and conditioner. For kitchens or kitchenettes, one dish sponge and one bottle of dish soap are provided. Additionally, there are two towels per guest. Each bathroom is stocked with two rolls of toilet paper.
Check-in time is at 3:00 pm
Check-out time is at 11:00 am
NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 9 am, no parties or noisy activities during these hours.
Guest must be at least 21+ to book a reservation
The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 4 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a partial refund for the nights not used.
Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights or due to situations beyond our control.
Maximum occupancy of 5 guest at all times. Occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property.
Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.
Do not hang towels from the balcony. A $25 fine may be applied if you break this rule.
