Ocean View villa is a two story 3000 square foot charming villa located at the end of a quiet street overlooking the Caribbean sea. The ground floor is built on the open area concept and has a kitchen complete with fridge, stove, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery and dishes. The large open plan living area has large dining and sitting areas with cable TV, DVD and high speed Internet access. The laundry room has a washing machine and a dryer. There is also a powder room on the ground floor. The ground floor also has a large patio. All four bedrooms are on the second floor. Each bedroom has air conditioning, toilet, shower and spacious closets. The master bedroom is equipped with a tub and shower. Two bedrooms are each furnished with two queen sized beds while the other two are each furnished with one queen sized bed. Two of the bedrooms have balconies which provide a panoramic view of the ocean. Restaurants, grocery stores and are casino are within a 5 minute drive from the villa.
Ocean View villa is a very private villa overlooking the Caribbean sea. The Mount Irvine Golf Course is about a 5 minute drive while the Tobago Plantations Golf Course is about 10-15 minutes away. Boats leaving for the world famous Buccoo Reef can be accessed by a 2 minute walk. Fish lovers can purchase fish from fishermen by 1 to 2 minute walk.
