Welcome to our private patch of paradise!
Located beachside with westerly views for fantastic sunsets after a day of swimming and hiking and exploring all that Harpswell has to offer.
The cottage features a spacious living area with vaulted ceilings, 3 bedrooms, one and a half baths along with outside shower and 2 decks.
The Space
The cottage provides a wonderful escape for rest and relaxation along with special time with family and friends to experience the amazing oceanfront views that change throughout the day.
The kitchen includes a range, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker & filters, toaster, tea kettle, blender, pots, pans, glasses, dishes, silverware, utensils, basic spices, paper towels, napkins, etc. For the comfort of our future guests, we ask that you refrain from deep frying or indoor lobster boils. There are great seafood restaurants nearby.
Dining table seats 6. Living room has 2 comfy sofas along with single chairs, TV and Wi-Fi.
The home is heated in the cooler months and outfitted with a window air conditioner and ceiling fan for the warmer months.
Three bedrooms include a master with a comfortable king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds.
All linens are 100% cotton. There are towels for bathing and separate towels for the beach.
There is one full bathroom with hairdryer, iron/ironing board along with a half bathroom where the washer/dryer are located. There is also an outdoor shower on the side of the house with hot/cold water.
The decks are outfitted with deckchairs/tables along with a gas grill.
A vacuum and basic cleaning supplies are available. The cottage is not baby proofed or handicap accessible.

-Registered guests only.
-No large parties, please respect the quietude of the neighborhood
-Please respect that there are 2 outbuildings on the property that are not part of your short-term rental.

This property has a private well, the water is safe but the taste changes throughout the season. We recommend you bring bottled water for drinking. There will be some available to get you started.
Shampoo, Soaps & Detergents & Paper Goods -
Dish soap, dishwashing detergent, sponges, inside trash bags, and paper goods along with shampoo will be available in the cottage for your use.
Note:
There are basics in the cottage like sugar, flour, spices etc. which you are welcome to use, and if you use an item up, please either replace it or let us know so we can replace for the next guest.
