The Space
This is a private bedroom in one of my apartments . It has Air Conditioning, Wi-fi and a closet with iron and ironboard . The bathroom is shared with one or two more guests. The kitchen includes the refrigerator, stove, a microwave, coffee maker, and plates, pans, etc.
This apartment is on the first floor of the building.
Your will have your private bedroom with lock on the door. Some of the areas that you will share are: bathroom, kitchen (including the refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee maker), living room, front balcony, and backyard.
The bedroom has a Full size bed, comfortable mattress w/clean sheets & white towels and Air Conditioning.
A maximum of 2 people can stay per bedroom
We are close to restaurants, grocery store, drugs stores, and pub and bars.
Guest Access
Property is at 5 minutes walking distance to Av Juan Ponce de Leon and Av. Munoz Rivera which are two of the most important venues of San Juan.

The Condado beach which includes many amenities is at a distance of only 5.8 mi. This is 15 to 20 minutes from the private bedroom once you are on the bus and/or train.

At M. Rivera Ave you can take the urban train at Roosevelt station to Sagrado Corazon station and then transfer to the 21 bus to go to Condado Beach, Caribe Hilton, and Old San Juan.
You are within a walking distance to Polytechnic University of PR, Pavia Hospital, Espiritu Santo Catholic Church, Walgreens, a new CVS Pharmacy, Subway, bars, pubs, Econo Supermarkets, Banks, etc. There is a pizzeria, one pub, Panaderia Las Americas and the convenience of the Roosevelt Train Station. Bus stop is also about 5 minutes walking distance.
Interaction with Guests
This is a private bedroom for our valued customers, so I do prefer to not interact with them to mantain their privacy but I will be there immediately in case you need me.
The Neighborhood
Our neighborhood is a very quiet one. We mostly rent to students, tourist, business men and other guests visiting Puerto Rico from USA, South America, Virgin Islands, and Europe.
We have apartments with one room and studios all are rented by days, weeks or by month.
Getting Around
Property is at 5 minutes walking distance to Polytechnic University and to Av Juan Ponce de Leon and Av. Munoz Rivera which are two of the most important venues of San Juan. There you can take the urban train to Sagrado Corazon station and then tranfer to the 21 bus to go to Condado Beach and Old San Juan.
The Coliseum of Puerto Rico Jose Miguel Agrelot offers concerts many amenities from time to time during the year and is near to the Private Bedroom.
You may want to go to Plaza Las Americas, it is the biggest shopping mall at the caribbean, which is very close, too.
