You can have the best of both worlds as the home is located on a private island, with security and privacy of being on a private island yet only a 1-minute boat ride to the center of Placencia Village.
This Villa offers the privacy and comfort of your own home along with all the associated high-end resort amenities. Including daily maid service and a professional chef to cook your meals 3 pre-set days a week in the home. It offers all the comforts of home, FULLY AIR CONDITIONED, high end appliances, commercial ice maker, city power, water, etc.
Home features two freshwater pools, one on the ground level and one on the second floor to watch the amazing sunsets over the mountains and ocean.
Each large bedroom has a private bathroom with walk in showers. The Master Bedroom has a huge outdoor shower and bathtub as well as a private bathroom indoors.
Large covered patios are located on all levels of the home overlooking both the marina and the ocean, providing the perfect place to enjoy the amazing island breeze and sunrise/sunset which are some of the most beautiful views in Placencia!
Get on one of the provided paddle boards or kayaks, located right on the white sand beach behind home. Take a tour around the island and the amazing house reef on the front side of the island, or through the marina. Nice snorkeling is right around the island and the water is always smooth on the leeward side where the house beach is located.
Jump in the provided shuttle boat and have the caretaker drop you off on the Placencia Village dock just 2 minutes away and go into town and check out of the fine restaurants, bars, or gift shops along the famous Placencia Sidewalk.

Placencia, located in Southern Belize, is the second most popular tourist destination in the country. It is situated on a 16-mile-long peninsula that is surrounded by a lagoon on one side and the Caribbean Sea on the other. It is much smaller, less congested and more laid back than Ambergris Caye/San Pedro. Being inland, Placencia provides easy access to many activities on the mainland like Mayan Ruins, waterfalls, ziplining and cave tubing to name a few. Placencia offers numerous restaurants, small shops, bars and the famous Placencia Sidewalk. It is the perfect place for an amazing Caribbean vacation!
**GETTING FROM THE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO THE PROPERTY**
All international flights into and out of Belize are serviced through the Philip S.W. Goldson International Airport (BZE), located northwest of Belize City. Your concierge will assist with the first options to arrange domestic transportation from BZE to Placencia:
- Travel by plane on a local commuter flight from the airport (BZE) to the Placencia Airstrip (PLJ). Flight time is approximately 30 minutes. Once in Placencia, our staff will pick you up and take you to the villa. Our concierge will work with you to book the local flights as soon as you have your international flights ready.
- Travel by private shuttle van from BZE, where the driver will meet you outside of baggage claim. The drive time is approximately 2 hours. You’ll be taken directly to the villa. Our concierge will work with you to book the shuttle van as soon as you have your international flights ready.
- Option 3 is to rent a vehicle at BZE and make the drive down to the condo yourself. There are numerous rental car agencies right across the parking lot from baggage claim including Hertz Avis and Crystal Car Rental a larger local car rental company. You would just need to go online to book and secure a vehicle prior to arrival.
