The Space:
R Casa is located in Barrio Ensenada, the best neighborhood in Rincon. Close to all the best restaurants, Steps Beach and the downtown plaza, walking to any of these places is a breeze.
Escape the cold weather to this newly renovated home boasting three separate units. Unit three's floor plan is open and spacious with a large kitchen, living room and dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked, making meal preparation seamless in the kitchen that has everything. Gather around the island with friends and family while dinner is served. Enjoy meals on the custom designed dining table that seats six people comfortably. Dishwasher, microwave, double sink, pot & pans, spices, olive oils, coffee maker, blender, sponges, soaps, trash bags and more have all been provided to make our home feel like your home. We also have a Berkey Water Purification System for drinking water so there's no need to buy the bottled stuff. Retire to the outdoor covered patio for an after dinner drink or game night while enjoying the sounds of the coqui frogs. Board games are provide, alcohol beverages are not (wink, wink).
There's a 50" Samsung Smart TV with sound bar, DVD player and cable in the living room. Wifi also included. Other extras include a Bose wireless speaker, iron and ironing board, hotel style safe, washer and dryer, snorkel equipment, beach chairs and a cooler.
All three bedrooms are large, yet feel cozy and comfortable . Each bedroom has a king size custom designed bed, high end mattresses from Italy, high thread count sheets, down pillows and memory foam pillows. The master bedroom has a desk & chair in case one needs to get a little work done. Air conditioning and ceiling fans are installed in all the bedrooms for anyone that needs relief from the tropical climate. Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom which has been updated to feel modern and airy. Hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner and soaps are provided in the bathrooms. Linens, beach and bath towels are also included in the rental.
The backyard boasts an impressive 15'x30' salt water pool with elongated steps perfect for lounging in the shallow water. There are plenty of chaise lounge chairs around the pool for relaxation. And best of all, the gazebo has two oversize hammocks that are dreamy for enjoying a book and taking an afternoon nap.
Enjoy BBQ'ing on the Weber grill while dining al fresco under the stars. Gas BBQ tanks are provided.
We've provided a pack n play and high chair for anyone traveling with young children.
There are two off street parking spaces available for this unit with easy access to the kitchen to unload groceries.
A comprehensive welcome folder is provided in the rental with useful info about the house, things to do around town, restaurant recommendations, directions to the grocery stores and a map of the town.

Guest Access:
You'll have full access to your rented unit which is R Casa Unit 3. The pool, Weber BBQ grill and outdoor dining are shared for all R Casa guests.
The R Casa Unit 3 driveway is the very top driveway and can hold 2 vehicles. Please do not park in the lower driveway
Please keep the lower gate to the driveway Open for other R casa guests to access the pool and backyard area.
The Neighborhood:
R Casa is located in a quiet dead end street. Residential neighborhood with no commercial space on the street. The area is safe.
Getting Around:
I strongly suggest renting a car. The house is located in a central area and you can easily walk to the beach and a number of restaurants and food trucks. But Rincon in general is difficult to get around without a car. The roads are narrow, the sidewalks are not well maintained, it's hot and there are a lot of hills.
We do not have Uber or Lift.
There are local taxi services but rides must be arranged in advance.
Other Things to Note:
This property has wifi with the highest speeds offered in Puerto Rico, Starlink satellite enables video calls, online gaming, streaming, and other high data rate activities exceeding the nations standard for broadband internet. Perfect for digital nomads who plan to work & play on Vacation.

Exceptions to the rule apply
We are located on the western point of the island.
We are2.5 hours from SJU Airport, 35 minutes from both BQN & MAZ airports and 1.5 hours from PSE Airport in Ponce.
To avoid the drive from San Juan there is a Cape Air flight that goes direct multiple times a day from SJU to MAZ.
