Summary: We’ve stayed at this hotel for over fifteen years and always loved it. This year the bar staff was extremely unfriendly to the point one bartender was throwing glasses and grumbling under his breath while tending to other customers. This occurred every day of our stay to the point where I avoided the bar all together. Which is a shame because it use to be such a fun environment. Many families had the same complaint.
