Summary: Some parts were great and some staff were also really great. Check in took 1 1/2 hrs. Hotel was overbooked and our son got bumped to another building for 2 nights then had to switch rooms. He had to vacate old room and didn’t get into new one for 5 hrs. Requests for restocking mini bar water didn’t happen. We were told just to keep coming down to reception which didn’t always have some. A bit disconnect on operations. Would be great if staff got people up doing activities. Have been to other all inclusives that they had more interaction with guests
