One hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. Park your car when you arrive and walk everywhere, or jump in the car and explore the wonderful Bellarine
Peninsula.
Sea Home has 2 bedrooms main with queen bed, and 2nd with two trio bunks (double bed on bottom, single bed on top) ideal kids bunk room. There is a 2nd living area at rear of house which also has a double sofa bed. Sleeping 8-10 the unit is ideal for a 3 generation family, or a large family for week-end or weekly stays.
The bedrooms are supported by a bathroom which includes bath, shower and toilet. The kitchen, dining and living area is open plan and flows thru to the rear 2nd living area ideal for the kids to watch TV away from adults. These include TV’s, WIFI, Foxtel and Telstra TV, the kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, glasses, platters etc and has new oven and dishwasher for easy holiday living.
The laundry includes washing machine and dryer.
There is access to the garage for storage of surfboards, golf clubs, and sporting equipment. The outdoor area includes BBQ and outdoor seating in the fully fenced yard.
