Welcome to the Snug Harbor in Santa Cruz. This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home that has recently undergone a complete remodel with emphasis placed on efficient and thoughtful design and offers nearly unobstructed views of the boats drifting in and out of the Yacht Harbor. The interior is bright, clean and cheerful with skylights positioned throughout, and lots of windows offering full frontal views of the Harbor. A large dining table with cozy breakfast nook will accommodate up to 6 persons comfortably, and the cozy living room area is appointed with casual seating for viewing the large flat panel HD TV or listening to music while enjoying the warmth of the fire. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing a home cooked meal and the enclosed courtyard with covered patio seating is a great place to relax, dine and BBQ. The two bedrooms open up to the sunny courtyard featuring a tropical outdoor shower with warm running water, and the extra-large backyard is fully enclosing. Additionally there is a southwest facing patio seating that has been neatly landscaped with comfortable lounge seating while offering wonderful sunset views of the Harbor.
