Solwara (meaning salt water), is literally metres from the beach, a 40 minute beachside stroll into Cowes, or only 5 minutes by car.
The tranquil, giant banksia tree lined streets of Silverleaves transport you to laid back beachside holidays of the past, which may be all you're seeking, but Solwara is also ideally located within easy reach of all the amenities and attractions that Phillip Island has to offer - the fairy penguins, seals, whales (in winter), koalas, Churchill Island, and the Grand Prix Track, all are just but a few examples to keep you occupied.

Solwara has 3 bedrooms: 2 with comfy Queen size beds, and 1 with 2 x King Single beds. All are made up for your arrival with fine quality percale linen, woollen quilts and a variety of pillows - to ensure a comfortable stay. Quality bath towels are provided and all bed linen is included in your booking fee, this is not always the case with other holiday rentals.
If the weather is warm, there's an air conditioner and fans to keep you cool and on colder nights you will be cozy and warm in front of the wood heater while you gaze at the flickering flames.
